1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to Committee. Apologies were received from Julie James AM and David Rees AM for whom Vaughan Gething AM was substituting.

2.1 The Chair welcomed Steve Hodgetts and Catrin Elis from Cardiff Airport. Members questioned the witnesses.

3.1 The Chair welcomed Niall Duffy from Flybe. The Members questioned the witnesses.
Flybe agreed to provide the Committee with further information on the multi-agency approach used by Finnair to develop routes within Finland.
